Pros:  Good zoom and clear optics
Cons:  Build quality doesn't hold over time

This Stereo microscope was a pleasure to use when we received it but due to build quality moving parts became loose over time. We can't use both eye pieces now because one will not stay in place. We tried to get Tech support to give us some diagrams that will help us fix the problem but they would not take calls (strange...) and when they finally answered after several calls they would not provide essential information that could have helped fix the problem.
