Pros:  Unit worked on arrival
Cons:  After a couple years of very very light use the optics fell out of the housing.

Then it was stored in my air conditioned office for the next 2 years without being taken of the case. When I went to use it the lenses were falling out. It appeared as is they had just been glued in and that the glue had failed. Very substandard construction for any binoculars much less ones rated for a marine environment.
