When I bought a SU-16 I wanted a red dot that wouldn't break the bank so I tried the Barska AC10632. It's not an OKO but it is functional. It appears to be well constructed and rugged. It's easy to mount and set up. The rheostat knob is easy to turn and the brightness range is enough to cover moonlight thru bright daylight. Once sighted in it holds zero and switching between reticles is easy. A few suggestion that would make it a better sight. 1. A clearly marked off position. It is too easy to inadvertently leave this sight on after a day at the range. I painted white stripes on the body and knob that line up in the off position. 2. A "finder" for the reticle. This is important when using a red dot on a handgun. I tried the Barska on a Beretta Neos and it really slows down sighting when I have to hunt for the the dot. The OKO has a notch at the rear and a little tab at the bottom of the lens ring that together act like a regular sight. This makes it very easy to align a handgun so I can see the dot immediately. It also acts as a fixed sight. Barska might consider some similar aid. 3. Better alignment between different reticles. I found the 10 MOA and circle-dot shot the same place and the 3 MOA and cross shot to the same place. However, the two sets where about 1.75 inches apart at 100 yds. If you can live with the above then this is good sight for the price. If not then don't get it.
