These rings won't fit on my 22 cal. rifles. These rings fit a wider groove gun, not just a "rifle". The advertising was no help, since I got the wrong rings and sending them back costs nearly s much as the rings. The product looks fine at a good price.

Pros: Sturdy, well-made, good value for money
Cons: Screws a bit flimsy

I bought these rings for a True Glow scope on my Barnett Panzer V crossbow. They appear to be quite sturdy and the scope has maintained zero over many shots with no indication of any movement. My only criticism would be that the screws provided are a bit flimsy. Just make sure the top rings are evenly tightened, a few turns at a time as you move from screw to screw, and do not use too much torque. Otherwise, they will strip. Overall, an excellent value, particularly given the very low price.

I tried to mount these on a Winchester Wildcat bolt action. The base mounts use a screw driver operated bolt to tighten to base mount. After tightening these they would not hold and the mounts became lose. A friend tried to tighten them back up so I could sight in the gun. This caused one of the mounts to strip it's threads. Optics planet was helpful but could not offer me a refund. They referred me to Barska customer service who never returned my call. I just felt the tolerance for these scope mounts did not have enough adjustment for my gun.

Pros: Easy to mount, thumb screws don't require tools to install or remove, non-marring rings keep the scope from scratching
Cons: AI10336 1" High Weaver W/ Peepsight obstructs the fixed sights completely-I would not recommend these if you want to still utilize your fixed sights.

Pros: Inexpensive yet well made aluminum rings
Cons: being aluminum, I would NOT use them on any magnum rifles
Would recommend: yes
Matt wrote:
These are inexpensive aluminum rings that work on rifles up to 7.62mm NATO and scopes with under 40mm front lenses. I would suggest steel rings for any heavier calibers or with heavy scopes with larger front lenses.
