Pros:  Easy to change mag levels, great head fit, perfect for close-up work!
Cons:  Would like a holder for the lenses.

Pros:  Comfortable, good asst. of lenses.
Cons:  Bridge is the weak point. Open/handle with care.

Doesn't seem to impair it's usefulness, but it's a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it'd get more points, because it works fine for what it is. Comes with a good assortment of lenses.
