Bianchi has always been my favorite gunleather. This Model 111 allows you to wear it either strongside or crossdraw. Very versatile. It will last a lifetime.

I have used many Cyclone 111 holsters in the past. It is great for backpacking when you are using a backpack with a waist belt. The holster goes over the waist belt via an additional belt. Easy to draw when wearing a 55 pound, bulky pack. It is great for riding horses, or on the farm as well. Easy to place the muzzle end of the holster pointed back to get out of the way of the saddle while riding. Easy to draw. Easy to conceal with smaller guns, when needed and appropriate.

This is an absolutely great holster for the Ruger GP-100. Fine quality materials and workmanship throughout. Great protection for your fire arm plus nice versatility with the option of carrying strong side or cross draw. I would definitely buy this holster again but this one should last for decades.

Pros: Comfortable, fits perfect, works
Cons: color is not quite uniform

This holster is excellet. Both it and Optics Planet were highly reccomended and rightly so. The fit was perfect for the 686 4" with full underbarrel lug. The holster seems secure on the belt and does not tend to move around. The retention strap is easy to break. The color is tan as described in the written description not brown as in the picture. Brown is used on the edges. The tan color isn't as even as it could be showing some lighter streaks. Apparently since I last purchased Bianchi products they have moved production to Mexico as this holser is stamped or branded 'made in Mexico'. I'm very happy with this purchase and expect to be using this holster for years to come.

This was purchased for a S&W 686 4" barrel. Perfect fit and you can really see the fine construction. I expect this will last forever.
