Pros:  high quality materials, strong construction, high back to shield gun from body, suede center panel for improved concealability, best value at this price point
Cons:  belt loops aren't removable, don't fit wide belts, leather is very stiff

The belt loops are on the small size, so they don't fit my wide belts. The dark brown color is nice though, since most leather holsters are a lighter tan color. The leather is very stiff and takes a long time to loose up and break it, but after you've broken it in you will love this holster, especially at such a reasonable price!
