Pros:  Great fit, comfortable, well made.
Cons:  Would be better with tension screw.

I had a hard time finding a custom fit holster for the S&W 5906TSW. Unlike the standard 5906, this gun has the accessory rail. The Shadow II holster works well and is a welcome addition to my gear. This holster is form fit, covers the trigger and has a high quality thumb break for retention. The only thing I would add is a tension screw but this is not absolutely necessary. If you have a 5906TSW or 4006TSW, you probably need this holster. Buy it.
