Great value for the money

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, VA Written on January 27, 2014
Fast shipping, easy set up. A little Armor-All and my S&W Model 66 slid right in. Stretch the strap a little, twist, pull, work it to snapped and leave the rig for 48 Hours. After that, a few snaps over a newly inserted weapon will do the job. You can't go wrong with Bianchi, and you can't go wrong with Optics Planet!
Pros: Well made, looks great

I tried a competitor-made product and it would NOT fit my 1938 Walther PP. This holster fits the new AND older Walther .32 semi-auto perfectly. Best price I found, too!
Pros: Well-made; perfect fit to gun; adjustabe angle for gun carry

Great holster!!

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, OH Written on October 26, 2012
This has become my favorite overall holster for my full size S&W. It is comfortable and versatile enough for me. It is not the easiest holster I have to conceal, but for the size of the gun, it conceals well under a long loose fitting shirt or jacket. The leather is good quality and it forms nicely to the body. The gun is held securely and fits nicely. I saw one with a mag holder once, but that model seems to be discontinued. That is the only thing I would add to this holster.
Pros: Comfortable. High quality. Secure fit.
Cons: Not the easiest to conceal. No extra magazine slot....

Nice holster

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on August 12, 2012
Had a Bianchi "Blawck Widdow" model for my 2" S&W 64-5 That held my 4" S&W 15-3 just as well, albeit with a bit of exposed barrel. The Black widdow didn't cover the trigger guard which is an IDPA no-no. I had been so impressed with my previous Bianchi with how it held the weapon and the quality of the work I went to find another Bianchi. It's just as high quality. super comfortable, great draw, love the thumbstrap design cause I take it hiking a bit and it conceals pretty well, and it's IDPA legal to boot! The fact it's under 50 dollars is just icing on the cake.
Pros: Fits great, looks good, nice leather, holds gun securely and covers the trigger guard for IDPA, great thumbsnap design, FANTASTIC value.
Cons: Can't think of any....

It does the job.

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, CA Written on May 28, 2012
Right out of the box, the holster fits and securely holds a 3" Model 60 Smith & Wesson. In the forward slant position the holster would conceal better if it held the cylinder completely above the top of the belt as it does in the vertical position.
Pros: It fits the 3" model 60 S&W and holds it securely.
Cons: In the forward slant position the cylinder rides below the top of the belt and the muzzle hangs too far below the belt for good concealment....
