The holster was stiff at first, I let the ruger sit in the holster for two days and it fit the handgun perfect and slid in and out of the holster easy the more I used it The holster on some of my pants will not fit between the belt loops but other than that it's great.

Pros:  Fits LCR perfectly. Great retention strap. Easy to unsnap and draw. Holds gun close to body, great for concealment, even with only T shirt.
