T6505 holster

Great tactical holster. This was my second one. Only down side is you cannot carry a 1911-A1 in condition one. Hammer must be down for the top strap to engage.
Pros: bomb proof, doesn't mar your weapon
Cons: Can't carry 1911 in condition one...

Just got the Bianchi T6505 size 2 (19967) Cobra tactical holster and it fits my FNP-9 perfectly! There are two snaps that fit very snugly. The trigger guard fit perfectly into the inner plastic trigger guard.

It's ambidextrous so switching it to left hand wasn't a problem. The metal clip on the back which they don't show slides out of the tough rubber and moves to the other side. The long retention strap fastens onto the metal clip and the opposite side of the velcro/button retention strap also moves easily to the other side. The quick lock metal clip, if you're familiar with the military style clipping system, is very heavy duty. It clipped snugly to my 1-1.5" leather belt without a problem and I didn't have to take my belt off. It will fit up to 2.25" belts. There's a snap button on the front but nothing to snap to it so I'm not sure what it's for. Maybe for an attachment or a carryover from the military holster it is based on. There's a metal loop on the bottom you can see from the picture that is used for leg retention.

You won't get any quick draw shots out of it. The strap has velcro which may help if you didn't have time for the snap and probably will take two hands until it loosens some.

Even without the retention straps the gun fits fairly snugly in the holster. With the quick lock metal buckle removed, you can thread your belt through slots in the tough rubber you can see in the picture. This could be a carry option also.

Bianchi also makes an M1415 thum...
