Pros:  Nonslip surface, carries extra rounds
Cons:  can't shoot from both sides

This was a great purchase. In a few minutes I had the cheek pad on my rifle adjusted to exactly where I wanted it and it has not moved since. The pad is helpful in maintaining a proper cheek weld, especially since I have 40mm scope mounted on medium height rings. Removing rounds is a little difficult at first but with practice it became very natural.

Pros:  Provides the right amount of raise to align eye with scope.
Cons:  The cordura, albiet tough, is not the most comfortable cheekrest. As expected it is somewhat abrasive.
Would recommend:  yes
