See, when you sit with these pads on, the straps stretch so dramatically that there is a ton of room for them to slide around, leaving you to constantly have to readjust them and try not to touch them when sitting down. I'd recommend getting the Damascus knee/shin guards instead... much more comfortable and they protect the shin too.

Pros:  These pads stay in place
Cons:  Just make sure you go a size bigger in length on your pants when you wear knee pads. Just as other pads these will make your pants rise
