Pros:  Rugged, a lot less recoil than the synthetic stock
Cons:  Adjustment mechanism wasn't as sooth as some of my other adjustable stocks, adds a bit more weight.

I also added a TacStar Side Saddle 6 shot holder to the 870 too. So the overall weight addition was 1.2 pounds with both the SpecOps stock and the Side Saddle setup. Still not too bad for my tactical setup and I'd recommend this item for those who want a pistol grip with an adjustable stock and a lot less recoil.
