I hope you don't want to center it on your Molle backpack or vest. Whereas those things usually have an even number of horizontal slots the Velcro ID panel does not (it has 3 slots). My order also didn't come with the speed clips. I was kind of disappointed that Optics Planet didn't ship replacement ones and instead made me wait for Blackhawk to ship them to me.

However, one issue I have a problem with is OpticsPlanet does not give the size of the patch panel, which means you have to look at other sites to gain information about the product. On every site I checked (even Blackhawk.com) the size listed for the patch panel is 3"h X 5.5"w. This is incorrect as it is 4"h X 8"w. So just be aware of this fact prior to ordering, I ordered two because I needed more coverage, but upon receipt, saw that one would have been enough. Luckily, I was able to use the second patch panel, otherwise I would be going through the inconvenience of returning it. Hopefully, OpticsPlanet corrects this issue on their site.
