Pros:  Excellent, customizable ergos, fast draw, perfect retention, easy reholstering.
Cons:  Sometimes takes a good jerk of the grip to release from holster, nothing major.
Would recommend:  yes

Pros:  Works just as expected and keeps your weapon very secure. No fitment issues having my laser grips on the weapon.
Cons:  Not as concealable as I thought. But I can still manage somewhat with just a t-shirt.
Would recommend:  yes
