I received the TAC-3 with a defective tripod head. I emailed BOGgear's customer service team with a few pictures of the defect. They quickly responded (within an hour), asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the quick change system, and sent me the replacement part same day. I've used this tripod for drive-hunts in Germany and a spot-and-stalk hunt for Chamois in Austria. This system has performed flawlessly in both applications. Even though I received a defective product, I am still rating this a 5 because of their ability to quickly fix the issue - all hassle free. Great service BOGgear -Keep it up! You just don't find service like that in many companies these days.
