Pros:  Look good. Work very well.
Cons:  Have had 3 out of 4 breaks where eyeglass lens attaches to shield.

Bought two pair for my wife: one 10940 and one 10941. Both sides of shield broke on 10940 in 10 months. Replaced, no problem. Second pair 10941 broke after 13 months. Warranty only 12 months. My wife had a pair of Bolle with a shield that did not attach to the frame with a rivet. It slotted into the frame. These lasted for 10 years, and only the nose piece wore out. (Couldn't replace nose piece as they haven't been made for years.)
