Cons:  Tape frequently gets stuck in cassette with no way to remove

When it works, the labels look great. Unfortunately, the tape often gets stuck in the cassette, rendering the entire cassette useless. This has been such a huge problem that we longer rely on this product to print labels. Brady needs to provide access to the inside of the cassette so that jams and misfeeds can be cleared.
