Pros: Seems like a sturdy little knife. Made in the USA.
Cons: There is a lock on the deployment bar. Takes some getting used to.
Would recommend: yes

There is nothing about a deployment lock in the description or that is visible in the picture. This feature I hate, took some getting used to. Other than the lock it is a good little knife. I got the knife for $35 and at that price it is a great value. There is no way I would buy this knife at $60 or more.

Very happy with this purchase. The knife is identical to my buck "impulse" knife, right down to the pocket clip. Handles well and opens easily. Great sale price and made in the USA. What more could you ask for? Now my son wants one.

Pros: Basic and simple design, blade has a slicing belly, big handle for good grip, attractive blue color
Cons: thin liner lock, blade deploys too easily, fit and finish, bulky, blade steel too soft
Would recommend: no

If you are a knife enthusiast/ collector you can skip this knife completely.
If you're new to knives and you like the looks and don't mind the price, it may work for you.
The good things about the knife is that it looks relatively attractive with the blue color, has a good amount of belly on the blade to slice and dice, but unfortunately there are more cons than pros.
Price:
The price is a bit excessive for what you get. For the same amount of money or less ($35) you can obtain a much higher quality knife with higher quality steel, locking mechanism, and overall fit and finish. Example brands would be Kershhaw, CRKT, SOG, and Spyderco.
Blade Steel:
420 is a pretty soft steel and wouldn't hold it's edge for very long with regular usage.
Locking mechanism:
The locking liner seems a little on the slim side and may affect durability in the long run (liner keeps the blade engaged for usage) Usually it's a luxury to have a safety on a knife, but in this case it is a necessity. ...

Pros: Great Knife. Made in USA.
Cons: Make sure to use the lock if carried in your left pocket. otherwise, none.
Would recommend: yes

Great knife, takes and holds an excellent edge. Knife can open if carried in your left pocket without the lock on. If this should happen it will also open up your pocket. It is no problem to get used to using the incorporated lock and I don't even think about it any more. This is a great well built solid knife. Love it.

The knife is very well constructed. The action is smooth and quick. I wish it was not as heavy as it is, but that area could only be addressed with Titanium or expensive Aluminum Alloys.

Browing 335 is similar to my Rush folding knife by Buck only better. Better pricing (I got on a promotion from this site), better looks, better blade shape (Buck lacks a curved belly). They both feature a locking cam at the top to prevent the blade from opening at an un-planned time. A few things I wish the Browning 355 had differently: - The blade is 440 stainless, wish it was something a little higher quality to keep its edge a little longer. (Buck is 290) - Wish the blade had a smooth finish, feels like it was milled (same as the Buck Rush). I like the blue finish on the outside of the Browning, not a fan of skeletonized frames (Rush). Super sharp from the factory. Smooth open/close action with a nice thunk. #1 thing a folding knife must do is lock solidly into place. The Browning 335 does just that and I trust it will stay locked under heavy use.

This is my first knife purchase and I am very happy with it. Took it camping and can't even count the number of things I was able to use it for. Not sure how other knives would compare to this one though.
