Pros:  1 degree graduations magnified readout, tool-free declination, circle-over-circle alignment, comprehensive inch and mm map scales, GPS Estimated position error circles, Latitude-Longitude and UTM template included, Lifetime warranty.
Cons:  To adjust the declination you need to press fairly firmly on the rubber declination ring as you turn it to the desired declination
Would recommend:  yes
