I contacted Brunton and we arranged to exchange for another. Bottom line is that if you are intend purchasing the solar roll 14 to charge your laptop in the sun (as the product description implies) then be prepared for disappointment. I have had 2 and neither of them have been able to charge a laptop. ..brian
