Pros: price, hard case
Cons: no instruction/owners manual
Would recommend: yes

Price reasonable for what you get. No instruction manual/owners manual included! Purchasers of this product may wish to get a tripod which has greater extension-tripod enclosed only for prone/shooting table use. To make hard case more protective for scope, will need to get piece of foam to fit inside case, then w/sharp knife, cut out places for scope, etc. to fit.

Pros: Can't match value for money anywhere else.
Cons: Bulky & Heavy for backpack hunting

This is a great product. I looked through a leopuld sequoia and there is a little difference, but not $250 difference! Optics clear until 60x, but is same with other brands this price range. Still able to pick out a good deer or elk at 2 miles away. Not much detail, but enough to know if it is worth a closer look. This scope is heavy and bulky, but optics are king in the backcountry so it is worth the extra weight.

This is the first spotting scope I have owned, so I have no reference to campare it with. However, it sure beats trying to use a telescope for spotting when sighting in, since the telescope inverts the image and is too bulky. As for the comments about stability, my opinion is that it is the quality of the tripod that affects this rather than the scope itself.

As an occasional target shooter I didn't think a spotting scope was really necessary. Now having used it a few times I would not want to be without it. Just makes the shooting experience more enjoyable.

Optics are super crisp! I love it. Only 1 problem and that it's a little bulkier than I'd like but it's perfect otherwise

This spotting scope is great! It is perfect for spotting game with in a 1000 yards. It has a sharp, crystal clear image. I have seen more Big Game with this spotting scope than I ever did with any binoculars I have used in the past. I have had no problems with the weather resistance system. I recommend the Burris 20-60x80mm Landmark Spotting Scope to anyone that goes hunting or target shooting, Its great.

I found this spotting scope to be junk, its too long and very awkward on the tripod, lens cap was stripped, window mount fell apart in my hands. The optics are not bad for a cheap spotting scope but look around there are a lot better spotting scopes for the money.
