Yes, it was a little bit scratched, but the scope itself worked as if it just came out of the box! Very much recomended!

Pros:  Great size, shape, power, eye-relief, and price.
Cons:  focus knob is sloppy, not precise when fine-tuning, must go back and forth due to over-travel in mechanism.
Would recommend:  yes
