In short I have bought Burris products for 25 years. I recently bought a spotter from them. It was junk when it arrived, would not focus properly. Then would not work at all.
I sent it to them as Instructed. Asked for some help. CSR was not comfortable with making a decision so he referred to his supervisor. He assured me that all would be taken care of to my satisfaction. I explained to him that I was in a bad spot because I needed it for the State Championship which is now this weekend. Was three weeks out when this started.
Then he disappeared from the face of the earth. I was trying to make a decision and just wanted some information. It was like I didn't exist. I spent $300 on a new scope(different brand-I wasn't born yesterday) as I had to have it for the tournament.
Finally get a reply today. Scope will be here tomorrow. Spend your money wisely, obviously I did not.
Pros: Had a nice looking cardboard box
Cons: Was junk as delivered
