Burris full view scope

by Warren, from United States, NJ Written on January 18, 2015
I haven't got a chance to use it that much. But once I sighted it in,I had no problem hitting my target. It was setup fairly well when I mounted it, so it didn't take much to true it in..It does seem to be very good quality....

I have several Burris scopes, and have been pleased with all of them. This scope is no exception. Its one of my favorites. I like 5mm objectives and burris makes good scopes at a reasonable price. I will continue to buy Burris scopes....

burris 3-9x50

This is the first Burris I've ever bought. I've always been a Leupold man. Only thing I would even consider to change on this scope is the crosshairs. Nothing wrong with them, just use to a heavier duplex. For the $ you won't go wrong with these scopes. Very clear and gathers light quiet well.

Pros: price
Cons: haven't found anyy...

Very pleased

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, CA Written on November 13, 2010
I'm very pleased with this scope; mounted on a Springfield M1A (Smith mount). Once dialed-in, it's held zero over a couple hundred rounds and some banging around. Good exit pupil size makes for quick and easy sighting. Adjustment knobs feel a little cheap, but they work. Had to add some flip-open caps - stock ones fine for protection but not convenient. Ballistic plex reticule helps with distance shooting (e.g., metal at 500 yds).
Pros: Clear; good eye relief; holds zero
Cons: Not the best adjustment knobs...

Plenty of bang for the buck

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on March 16, 2010
I bought this scope to top a Savage Model 10 in .308Win to create a highly accurate combination and that's exactly what I got. I routinely shoot sub half-minute of angle. The Ballistic Plex reticule provides excellent reference points for long range shots and has become so invaluable that I won't consider any scope that does not incorporate such a reticule. Adjustments are positive and accurate. Clarity and light transmission are outstanding. This scope is a fine example of American craftsmanship.
Pros: Ballistic plex reticule, U.S. company and service...

Great scope for the money

by martan, Verified Owner from United States, CA Written on June 23, 2009
I really like this rifle scope. It's being used on a CZ-550 rifle. So far no complaints , light transmission is great. Scope feels solid, I don't expect anything to go wrong. If you're on the budget and Leupold is too expensive, Burris seems to be a good choice.
Pros: Great light transmission, nice finish, feels solid...
Cons: none yet...
