Pros: Light weight, sturdy, great value for the money
Cons: That I didn't buy this a long time ago
Would recommend: yes

For all my AR fans out there look no further. I have several ARs in 5.56 and 308 that I use this mount on. Talk about sturdy and easy to setup. Once you get the scope sighted, you can take the mount off with the scope and not worry about loosing zero. I take mine off everytime I leave the range and when I go back, I simply put the mount back on and shoot. I'd put this mount against any of the high dollar mounts and I promise, this burris will not dissapoint you. Stop looking at this review and just buy it. Apache 5 out...

Pros: good quality
Cons: limited applications - not for compact scopes
Would recommend: yes

Unfortunately I had to return this item but not because didn't meet my expectations quality-wise. The reason it didn't work for me was that the rings are not adjustable and were to far apart to mate up with my Nikon compact scope. This mount system was designed to work with longer 1" tube. Suggestion: it would have been very helpful if the distance between the rings was provided in the item specifications.

Pros: good mount, good QD
Cons: QD could be a little snugger
Would recommend: yes

Good mount, like the qd feature. But, the qd levers are a little loose...could be better if a little less wobbly. But, the mount can be snugged on pretty good by tightening the nobs, however levers still loose. All in all a good optic mount for AR, gives good eye relief and seems to hold zero when removed and put back on.

Cons: None

I wanted a QD mount to play with but since this was a first for me this mount was in the range I wanted to spend. The mount seems to be a bit heavy but it also seems solid. It has maintained zero and nothing has loosened on it after about 150 rounds of .223. I will probably put some Loctite on the screws soon. I haven't tested whether point of impact changes after detaching/reattaching the mount as I would need a much better shooting rest to do so, and even then my shooting skills are limited in terms of fairly evaluating this feature. I particularly like the scope height and flexibility in setting the eye relief. Overall, given that this is my first time using a QD mount, I think this is a very good product for the price.

Exactly what I needed at time of order, but not able to use on another tactical scope because of fixed mounts. Not a product or design issue, just a fact that you cannot use on all scopes due to muount position.

Mounted on a 223. I have not had long enough to see if the Quick Detach will hold tight or become lose.
