Pros:  Light, Easy to Use
Cons:  No top or arch across the top of mount

Pros:  provides impact protection, mounts easily, does not interfere with weapons handling or sighting, works on both pic rail and weaver
Cons:  an ounce of additional weight, not picatinney spec

Pros:  Ease of installation, Looks very good on pistol, Low profile mount
Cons:  So far I have found no cons, unless loss of iron sights offends you. I do not mind this.

Cons:  Difficult to get plate mount onto slide

I had to use a dremel tool to machine the mount so that it flush mounted to the top of a G21 frame. Otherwise it does not fit the large frame pistol. They need to make a glock mount that is different for large frame glocks and is not advertised to fit all glocks!!
