Pros: reduces need for use of internal scope adjustments
Cons: expensive and don't come with the rings
Would recommend: yes
MThuntr wrote:
The inserts work as described. They really help when trying to reduce the amount of scope's adjustment you use. They also help prevent scratches from the rings on the scope. These would be awesome if they came with the rings. They are really only a few cents worth of plastic.
rings throwing your scope off? this is what you need.

I have a 22-250 with luapold mounts and a burris 6x24 scope. I did have luapold rings as well but they the front of my scope up so far that my scope couldnt adjust for the error. I purchesed burris signature rings and pos-align offset kit hoping something would work. I couldnot have asked for a better set up know. The offset kit really did the trick, I put my crosshairs back to nutral and lined my scope up super close with only the inserts. love it.

Pros: An elegant and highly effective system for aligning scopes
Cons: None

This is a fabulous solution to a scope that is seriously out of alignment with bullet trajectory. It avoids using shims or grinding, keeps a great grip on the scope without tweaking or damaging it, and optimizes the scope's performance. I was able to almost zero my scope before even touching the windage/elevation, so the scope performs at it's best. Quite simply an excellent product.

This set is a must have if you own a high quality .22LR or really just about any other rifle that you need that extra adjustability. Much easier than a 1 piece 20 MOA base mount.

The natural partner to Burris Signature Rings! Makes you wonder-what took 'em so long to invent/produce these? An absolute necessity, since the Burris Signature Rings are all I use now.

Pros: Corrects like no other design. Very easy on scope tube!
Cons: None! (Other than they are often back-ordered).
Would recommend: yes
MedicShootsBack wrote:
These are above and beyond any other design for correction of slightly (or even badly) mis-aligned rails or tap holes. Now that I've found them, I can't imagine ever going back to limited designs that can only adjust for windage. These adjust to ANY combination of windage and/or elevation problems you might have. If you've ever damaged a scope by the old 'shim' or crudely adjustable 'one-axis'-design methods, you will never have to incur that pain again. No more stressing the scope tube, and you can maximize the alignment of the lenses and minimize parallax. Why are these still such secret? Most shooters I know have never heard of them, and hence the local gun stores don't tend to stock this superior design. I ordered the gunsmith's kit (a bunch extra inserts from +5/-5 MOA all the way up to +20/-20 MOA.) A great bargain/investment if you have three or more scopes.

These inserts can solve the problem of difficult to align scope rings. Be sure to set your scope at the center of its vertical and windage adjustments before installing the inserts and follow the instructions for "chasing the bullet hole"

The product is fine and easy to use and understand. But when I got what was suposed to be a set of 3 I only recieved 2. I was told to send the hole thing back & they would replace it, well the shipping was equal to the cost, so I just did with out. Tryed to eplain I just wanted the missing set & they were uninterested. Very Disapointed
