I recently started competing in a .22 LR Winter indoor sporter rifle league and was in the market for a high quality, compact rifle scope. It had to have an adjustable objective that would focus down to 50 ft, a relatively fine reticle and a good range of powers. After much research I chose the Burris Timberline 4.5-14x32. It more than met my needs; I was impressed with the excellent workmanship and the clarity and brightness of the targets indoors with a 32 mm objective, all at a reasonable price. I was so impressed with it that I ordered another one for a different rifle.
Pros: excellent quality and optics for the money
Cons: none so far...
