I have to say that the Bushnell Legend 10x50 Porro Prism Binoculars are best I've owned for the value of my money. I've tested roof prisms binoculars that are hundreds of dollars more and this binocular has generally offer a rich depth of field, wide field of view, and three-dimensional image. You may asked, "Why is this the case?" Roof binoculars have 6 different prism reflections of light and porro binoculars have 4 different prism reflections of light. This is important because each time light reflects off of one of the surfaces inside the prisms, you are loosing a fraction of light. So the fewer reflections you have, the more light is transmitted through a binocular. As a result Porro prism binoculars like this one remain the best buy for your optical dollar! Highly recommended!

I have found these binoculars to be as good as or better than any other brand of 10x50 binoculars on the market. They come with a nice padded case, lense covers and a wide neck strap.
Great Bino for that price

I take this opportunity to share my experience with the Bushnell 10X50 Legend binoculars that I recently purchased from Optics Planet. I had a smaller, less expensive 7X35 purchased at a discount store. They were smaller and lighter, but on my deer hunts in Oregon, they just did not work well. The Bushnell 10X50 Legend had the features I wanted, namely: 1) they were clear and sharp, even in low light conditions; 2) the 10X gave enough detail without shaking like higher powers; 3) they were wider-angle than other style binoculars of that power letting me come quicker on the area of interest, and then seeing more; 4) they are water-proof, working well in fog and moisture; 5) they all the features I wanted, worked as advertised, and without costing an arm and leg like other water-proof binoculars that are available. The Bushnell 10X50 Legend is larger but not too much to be a problem on a hunt. In fact I carried them constantly when my wife and I were on vacation this spring to Yosemite ...
