Pros: Easy to set up, Battery included, Very good Quality vs Price, 3 MOA red dot, small size with included mount (weaver / Picatinny)
Cons: poor rubber scope protection
Would recommend: yes

The red dot sight is really well visible. The CR2032 battery is provided and combine several adcantages : easy to find, small size and weight The overall size and weight is optimized: small size, small weight for the best visibility (even when sighting with 2 open eyes). A good point is also the integration of the Weaver (Picatinnycompatible) integrated mounts After the set up operation, the rubber scope protection was cut as a shred. What a pity ! I would like to have more franckly feel "clic" for turrets setting. In conclusion: A real good product for this price !!
Finally a reasonable priced optic

Pros: Very simple to use, appears tough and holds zero
Cons: Check carefully for any factory blemishes.
Would recommend: yes

So this product rocks. It holds zero the 3moa is about perfect size. It has many settings but I normally never use anything past 5. I used to own a eotech with magnifier but sold it and bought this. Glad I did. It's much lighter, appears nearly as durable, and cost right around a hundred bucks. Definently a great red dot for someone looking for a high quality optic without breaking the bank.

Pros: Bright dot and long life battery
Cons: Can't be paired with a magnifier without using a riser
Would recommend: yes

Plenty bright dot in daytime and long battery life. Easy to zero at 100 yards. Has held zero through 250 rounds of 7.62x39 recoil. Shoots 20 rounds in 5 inch circle on bench at 100 yards through my Saiga 7.63x39 20 inch barrel rifle. Don't need a magnifier 100 yards and in, for hog hunting, but would be a nice option to have. It would require addition of a riser and that would eliminate butt stock cheek weld for position shooting.

Has taken the pounding of at least 25 rounds of 12 gauge slugs plus about the same # of 00 Buckshot and the dot still works and the point of impact hasn't changed since being sighted in. Great Red Dot Scope for the money!

This was my last try with an optic after being disappointed with 3 other sites. Mounted on a Ruger MKlll, dialed in within 40 shots. Was amazed in practice with the DEAD ON consistent accuracy. The next day I took 1st place in a steel shooting competition. Also recorded the fastest run of the match at 2.37 sec. for 5 targets. Wow this thing is awesome!! I have 3 different guns for competition and they all will be wearing these.

Even though aimpoint's adds of an h1 on a 10/22 look nice I couln't justify spending twice the rifle on a red dot (even after a new stock and various parts). This is a perfect fit for my ruger 10/22 and it does everything I need for a sixth of the price. The dot is small and clear at the lowest setting which I use the most. Its make my10/22 very quick and accurate to shoot and has stayed zeroed. The battery last a long time (not as long as the h1) and they are very easy to find. I'm not sure how it would work on a more powerful rifle but for a 22 or any low recoil rifle (223, etc) there is no benifit gianed in spending more.

The only other option for a AIMpoint style micro clone is the Primary Arms Micro sights and I also a couple of those and would rate it a toss-up with the TRS 25.
