I work security in several counties at several locations throughout central and upstate NY. One of these locations is Oswego Harbor for Essroc and the cement carrier, The Stephen B. Roman. When watching over the building and the ship, I've often wished I had the best pair of binoculars I could afford. Now that I have these, I can't wait to go to work tommorow and enjoy my work even more, now that I can see things so clearly at such long distances. I love doing security at the harbor, and now that I'll be able to see so much clearer at long distances than I could with the binoculars I had before, I can really keep an eye on things. They should up on exactly the day they told me they would, which is perfect, because the ship comes in again tomorrow.

I purchased two pairs of binoculars, one pair of Tasco 10 x 42 world class binoculars and these. To my surprise I can make out more fine detail with these than the Tasco ones. They should close up more for people with their eyes close together (and children), though. I use them on their narrowest setting. The Tasco pair are excellent in this regard.
