This is great flashlight-- The unit is very well constructed of first rate materials. The fact that a light of this brightness uses an LED is quite remarkable. Although CR123 batteries can be expensive, it pays to shop around. The best price I obtained was at: http://www.medicbatteries.com/Default.aspx And, no, I'm not affiliated with this company. The run time is also a major benefit over traditional incandescent flashlights which tend to yellow and dull as the battery life runs down.

Pros:  five different settings , waterproof , led, extremely well made
Cons:  2yr warranty should be lifetime this is the only complaint

FANTASTIC by far the best flashlight I have ever used. I wouldnt buy a surefire for any reason now that I own this light. Dont kid yourself buy this flashlight you wont be sorry. rechargeable 3v batteries work super in it as well .
