We are currently trying to determine the population of a local herd of BigHorn sheep and have many different cameras that have their own quirks. The camera will take pictures of any and every movemnt in its field of vision- trees swaying, clouds, and ash (a wildfire). The batteries die in less then 24 hrs.

This is my third camera and I have finally found one that works to my standards. I use to get 3-5 pictures a week. Now I get 33 every 24 hours. The trigger speed is great and that is what I want.

the camera won't let me access it. it won't take my security code i put in. i even tried the default code and that doesn't work. i know i'm putting in the correct code as well. this is messed up! now i have to send it back to the company. there is no reset button i am aware of??

These are the best Trail camera's that Optics Planet sells. I used this camera when I was biking with my friends, and also hiking, and we took great pictures! I would reccomemnd this product in a heartbeat!

The problem with the camera is that after a few minutes or so of inactivity, it would go into a "sleep" mode. When in that condition, its response time to the next motion would be several seconds, making it virtually useless on a trail. This is in contrast with its advertised response time of one-half second, or so. I sent it back to Bushnell and they have sent me this year's (2007) version of the camera. Hopefully, it will work better, as advertised.
