Fantastic scope for the money. 3 MOA dot is very nice for small target shooting, 10 MOA dot is nice for quick target spotting. Crosshair and circle retical are just extra goodies. I just picked this up tonight to go on my AR-22 conversion so I cannot attest to it's durability. From what I have rea tthat should not be a concern on a .22. I was just so impressed with the clarity and features for the price I had to comment. Long sun extension and screw on filter are nice additions too. Only thing I noticed is the selector knob between the dot sizes doesn't have a real steady detent to hold each position. So I can see how people using this on high power firearms could complain about it shutting off if the knob was barely out of its setting position. But this is minor once I rocked the knob back and forth until I was sure it was in place for the retical I wanted to use.
Pros: Cost, clarity, ease of adjustment
Cons: Retical selector knob has some slop between settings
