Pros:  Great pad, solidly built
Cons:  doesn't come with swivels, assembly required.

This is a great sling. Looks really slick with a great pad and its very easy to adjust. The adjustment strap is a little long, maybe meant for larger fellows so it hangs down too far. Nothing a zip tie doesn't fix. The swivel attachment is a little tough, the pass-buckles are too narrow but with a pair of needle-noses it's an easy assembly. Great sling though...
