Pros:  inexpensive protection
Cons:  not that durable....broke when I had it flipped up and the plastic cracked when it touched the ground......

Don't laugh, but I bought this as a lens cap for a Fuji S2940 difital camera! It offers better protection and convience than a traditional camera lens cap. In order to improve the fit, I put a wide rubber band around the lens, and then pushed this Butler Creek scope cap on, and it now fits perfectly.
