Used it for a short time then stored the 10-1911 in its bag in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. The entire surface of the gun became sticky and gooey and unusable. Discovered just beyond warranty and Bushnell would do nothing. Had to throw it out. Another bad petrochemical packaging choice. Even WM would have taken it back and replaced it.

When I'm right there behind him the gun works flawlessly. When I tried to use it at a recent game, I couldn;t get a reading. The team's gun worked fine (about $800 I was told) but not mine. I tried from the seats right behind home plate and even went right up to the fence; still nothing. The unit is supposed to pick up a baseball from 90-100 feet, but I think the fence maybe added a bit of interference. Anyway, Like I said, I knew up front that this gun was going to be used mainly as a training tool, and for that, it works just fine.
