Pros:  You are able to carry a full size handgun without modifying your clothes

The shoulder bag is great for when you want to conceal a full size handgun but have too small a stature or find it uncomfortable to wear a big gun on a holster. The bag is great because it is beg enough for a gun and spare magazines, but it's not too big to look like a "man purse." If can pass as a camera bag and is small enough so you never will need to take it off when sitting or doing other activities. It opens fast and smoothly for a quick draw and presentation.
