Works perfectly but you must be only inches away from the object you want to view. They did clip to my glasses with out being loose or in the way of viewing at all.I bought them for removing slivers, they leave both hands free.

They work great. The only problem I've had is sometimes the rubber tips for the clips come off. If this happens, the glasses slide off the lenses of my regular glasses. It would be great if this problem could be fixed, because I really like these.

Just pinch the little clamp at the nose bridge and this magnifier clips onto your eyeglasses. The 4.0 diopter lenses double the power of your vision. Perfect for stitching neatly in leather or nylon, removing splinters, tying flies, any task that requires close-up magnified vision. Much smaller than a magnifying glass, desktop magnifier or lamp. May fit in your eyeglass case with your glasses.
Pros:
- easy to use.
- compact, handy, and inexpensively priced.
- powerful
- hands free

This is my second pair i got, my first one i gave it to my sister that was looking for something like this, We love them because we can use them with any pair of glasses we are using. I do a very meticulous job retouching images with dots , so this is fantastic.

Essential for tying small flies. Great product. Design seems to have changed from the last version I purchased from Optics Planet. Hopefully they will be a little more resilient.Work well on a baseball cap.
Cons:
- Can be easy to break in a backpack

These specs are very handy for when I do my craft work. There is a lot of really close detail work and these help me see the details.
Pros: I can clip them over my bifocals and see close craft work details

My intent for these was for tying small flies onto a leader when fishing. They are a great magnification choice for that and have an excellent working distance for that purpose. They are lightweight enough to wear all day but but they bump up against a hat brim or ball cap visor so my glasses are always being pushed down (on) the nose. They also stick out beyond the hat brim/visor and will get wet when it's raining. Both of which caused me to take them off when not in use and that defeats the purpose of the flip feature. Like another reviewer stated the rubber-like jackets that goes over the clip to grip and protect the eyeglass lenses quickly fell off and were lost even though I tried to glue them on on. I will happily use them for fly tying at home.
Pros: Inexpensive, good optics, lightweight, diopter value given in description

These are very good for close work. They help me with stamps, small parts/screws, coins and many other times when holding a magnifying glass in one hand would be difficult. I am very pleased that I bought them. WAB
Pros: Work Very Well.
Cons: You have to adjust to their size and shape.
