Pros:  Working on soldering tiny guides on the world's smallest fishing rods & reels is a breeze with these
Cons:  I should have purchased them sooner before I strained my eyes.

Pros:  Great for those jobs around the house where you can't quite see, splinters, small electronics, you name it. Great Product, especially for us older adults who have a hard time seeing anyway.
