Pros: Lightweight, Very Clear Optics
Cons: Small FOV

The optics are very good in this price range. They compare favorably with my Browning binocs. Lightweight and compact. They stow very nicely. The objective lens caps snap in place securely. Very nice feature. The diopter adjustment is very stiff and a little tricky to adjust properly. The bag and strap are very cheap. A new (decent) bag is recommended. Overall, a very good value.
A very good value....

These bino's provide a very good amount of performance for the money. They have better resolution than just about anything else under $100 that I've seen so far. While not as sharp as the Zeiss 8x20's that I have (to be expected, given the price difference), the increased objective size makes it the preferred set in low light situations.
They have a heft to them that gives them a feeling of very good build quality. The only thing that feels somewhat cheap are the eyecups, which although do stay in place for the most part, are also very easy to inadvertently move.
The quality of the neckstrap and case are about what you would expect for the price. One nice thing about these is that the objective lens covers lock in place quite well, and work much better than the slip on/off versions. Given that many other much more expensive binocs don't even come with objective covers, I'm pleased to see that Celestron used some that actually stay in place. Overall, a very good value, and it ...

I'm nuts about these binoculars! They are the best! The view is very sharp and very focused. They are a little on the heavy side, but I think people can still be able to handle them without a tripod or something else. Very cool stuff here. Get them!
Disappointed

I wanted a lightweight pair for birding like the Nikon I bought a few years ago. The eyepices don't stay up and it's difficult to get a single view. Heavier than anticipated also
