Wapiti Shootist

I shoot almost everyday and use these without fail. Of all the products on the market, none have given me the overall satisfaction as these plugs. I use them once and throw away. I keep a bottle in the Jeep full and constantly give to others. Everyone enjoys using them . Which is the best recommendation possible, people use them.
Pros: Comfortable, High Sound Reduction, Inexpensive, Normal Talk Compatibility
Cons: None Really...

Not that comfortable

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on September 6, 2010
Though I think these plugs are better than those cheap foam types, there are better plugs for about the same price. I wanted to try these because they were silicone and had a hard stem for easy installation and removal. I'm always looking out for more effective, more comfortable means of hearing protection, and these did not satisfy. When you're holding them, they seem nice and soft, but when you put them into your ear they start hurting immediately. Slightly wetting them, made it easier to get them into the ear, but that had no affect on comfort. I'm going to stick with my Radians snug plugs for now. They're a pain to get in and out, but at least they're comfy.
Pros: inexpensive, easy to find/see, easy to take out due to hard stem, block out sound well enough
Cons: not soft enough, 4-pair pack has no holder/case...
Would recommend: No
