This is a very huge pair of binocular. It is over 4kg inweight making it not portable, but view is excellent especially for deeps space object and moon. If you have the extra penny to spend, this is the perfect pair of binocular for your light bucket obsession. View of deep space object are amazing, best pair of binocular I have seen

Pros:  good performance
Cons:  really heavy-need big tripod
Would recommend:  yes

I bought mine used for a decent price. They weight almost 10 lbs soo you need a husky tripod. Would have preferred central focus instead of individual. Nice carrying case.

Pros:  Good starting model
Cons:  Very heavy - focus was not coming out correct
Would recommend:  no

Sumit wrote:

This is a very very heavy binocular. Please remember that. Without a Tripod it is not worth your time and effort. Another point to mention is - it was not easy to set the focusing correct on this one. This is a good starting binocular but not good once you have graduated out of the novice zone. Compared to the price I think it is - you get what you pay.

Pros:  Super price, amazing lifetime warranty
Cons:  Heavy and awkward to use
Would recommend:  yes

If you're looking for a really big pair of binoculars but can't afford high-dollar astro binocs, these are for you. Be sure to get a very solid tripod to use them, though, because they're too heavy and high-powered (magnifies any vibration or shaking) to use by hand or on a light camera tripod. I also recommend you get a proper binocular mount to attach to the tripod to avoid a kinked neck. The warranty is great, too.
