Pros:  Compact, balanced, adjustable brightness.
Cons:  Only lasted a few years when used daily.

I purchased this headlamp as a replacement of one identical, from a previous purchase. I use this product daily, and just wore one out after two or three years of service. In that time I had to repair the wiring at the battery box, and at the light housing, as repeated flexing had fatigued an internal conductor within the jacket. I had also replaced the head band, as the elastic had stretched beyond it's serviceable limit, after about a year and a half. I find this headlamp to be comfortable, because of the battery pack being remote of the light housing. This tends to balance the weight of the overall product, unlike headlamps that have batteries within the light housing. They tend to feel front heavy, and uncomfortable. This is a great feature. The intensity of light is adjustable using the top mounted slide lever on the battery pack. It is easily adjusted, even with gloved hands.
