This mount cannot be used as claimed due to it's inability to mount a laser. The screw nut that clamps the mount to the rail blocks the laser from being installed as it is in the direct path behind the laser, less than 3/8s of an inch behind the back of the laser clamp. This design defect makes this mount completely unusable and it should be recalled. I have no idea how this product made it past quality control.
