Disclaimer First: I am a Soldier in the US Army with multiple deployments under my belt to both Iraq and Afghanistan. I have experience with a wide variety of tactical equipment over my 17 year career. I ordered this CAA BPO on June 11th and received it on the 13th for evaluation and use on my personal M4.
Review: The bipod is incredibly sturdy, versatile and very lightweight. Legs have a push button release that extends each leg out to 12" on BPO. Each can be staggered in length to compensate for uneven terrain. I took the rifle out to a canyon to experiment with various firing positions to include prone, kneeling and standing. I fired from uneven rock, a tree branch, tree stump and a log. The versatility of the individual leg length allowed me to establish a perfect horizontal profile from every firing position and I did not one strike my target outside of the dead center. I highly recommend this bipod to everyone that has an M4/AR15/AR10. Although purchased for my personal rifle, I will carry this bipod with me down range.
Pros: Very sturdy, rubber coated flat feet for superior grip and stability, versatile, lightweight, durable
Cons: A little on the high price range...
