Pros:  lightweight, bright, easy install
Cons:  slightly decreases space in front of trigger

Only con (with pistol) I have noticed thus far is that the slide has a little side to side movement and this will cause your sights to not line up with the laser (hardly noticeable). However (and this is key) the laser may still be lined up with the barrel, and this is all that matters. A ccw pistol with a laser in line with the barrel and you can't go wrong. You need this because when you need your ccw you will not have time to line up sights on the slide.
