Pros:  Ease of installation; actually looks like part of the gun. The only improvement I would suggest is a master on/off switch. However-you can adjust your grip style to avoid laser activation-and still use the open sights...but why? This sight is the difference between a point and shoot handgun and a 3" circle at 25 yards.
Cons:  No master off/on switch.
Would recommend:  yes
